PRINT AT HOME
Our best value option. Select your service, pay online and simply download and print your label on your printer at home.
GENERATE QR CODE
No Printer, no worries. Select and pay for your service and we’ll send you a QR code by Email and SMS, drop into one of our stores and we’ll print the label for you there and then.
COLLECTION
Don’t fancy the journey to our drop in location, we’ll come and collect it from you.
COLLECTION & QR CODE
You guessed it, no printer at home, we’ll come and collect your parcel and bring the label with us to attach to your shipment.

If you have requested a collection, the system will automatically let us know. We’ll give you a call and arrange a collection time to come and get your shipment.

If you have printed out your label on plain paper, you will need to affix it securely to your shipment. Please make sure you don’t cover any part of the label, most especially the barcode. Use clear tape and secure all four sides to your shipment.
If you are using one of our tracked services, you’ll be able to monitor the progress of your shipment at each stage of its journey. You can take a look in your Shipped Items (which is under your profile picture on the top right of the screen). Click on the little red map marker and you’ll be taken to your carriers tracking page.
Occasionally the tracking can be a few hours behind, but usually its live and instant. If you have a concern please drop us a line on the form below.
